If you paid ₹10 but could not see or save your greeting, contact the seller within 7 days with your UPI reference (UTR / transaction ID), the date and a short description. After checking the payment in the seller’s UPI account, an approved refund is sent back to the paying UPI account within 5 working days. Bank processing may take a few more days. Closing the page does not undo a payment. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.ನೀವು ₹10 ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ್ದರೂ ಶುಭಾಶಯವನ್ನು ನೋಡಲು ಅಥವಾ ಉಳಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ 7 ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ UPI ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ (UTR / ವಹಿವಾಟು ID), ದಿನಾಂಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಕ್ಷಿಪ್ತ ವಿವರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾರಾಟಗಾರರನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಿ. ಮಾರಾಟಗಾರರ UPI ಖಾತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾವತಿಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ, ಅನುಮೋದಿತ ಮರುಪಾವತಿಯನ್ನು 5 ಕೆಲಸದ ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ UPI ಖಾತೆಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಕೆಲವು ದಿನ ಬೇಕಾಗಬಹುದು. ಪುಟ ಮುಚ್ಚುವುದರಿಂದ ಪಾವತಿ ರದ್ದಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುವ ಗ್ರಾಹಕ ಕಾನೂನಿನ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳು ಉಳಿಯುತ್ತವೆ.
